If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is hilariously bad. The employees are rude and disrespectful, unresponsive, unprofessional, and discourteous. The trainers wander around and attempt to sell personal training sessions to poor unsuspecting people who just want to be left alone; basically, you pay to be harassed during your workout. The staff park in the parking spaces specifically designated for physical therapy patients... SERIOUSLY? The bathrooms are disgusting and never stocked - maybe the army of used car salesmen looking membership sales staff could pick up some trash or stock paper towels? No. They're too busy screeching into the parking lot in their 10 year old BMWs blasting rap music and almost running me over. This place is a sad, embarrassing mess on so many levels and if there were ANYTHING better within a reasonable distance I would leave.
