The UPS Store at 398 West Army Trail Road #124, Bloomingdale, Illinois.

DO NOT use this UPS location! Your package will be lost, stolen or thrown away. I dropped off a box of Christmas gifts and clothes on January 6, 2018, that my daughter was not able to fit into her suitcase when she went back to college. The box should have arrived on January 11. My daughter said she did not received it. I looked at the tracking information and it showed that the package had not left the store. I called and the owner brushed it off and said it was UPS' fault. I called the national UPS number and they agreed that it had not been picked up from the store. They started an investigation. I went to the store and the owner said it had left his store, even though the tracking shows that it hasn't. He advised me to get receipts together (because he knows the package is gone???). I should have used FedEx. This owner was not helpful and potentially negligent.
